Vegan Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp Medjool dates pitted

¾ cup rolled oats

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

1 tbsp black chia seeds

2 tbsp brown flaxseeds

⅛ tsp vanilla extract

pinch pink salt

2 tbsp mini vegan semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1Blend together all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor until a dough forms.

2Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

3Shape the dough into 9 balls.

4Place them in a container, separated with layers of parchment paper in between to store. Enjoy!
