Vegan Homemade Creamy Chocolate Fudgesicles Recipe Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup full-fat, canned coconut milk

¼ cup oat milk

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

pinch pink salt

Instructions

1Blend together all ingredients until they have a creamy consistency.

2Pour the milk mixture into your favorite popsicle mold. You will need around 4 molds, depending on their size.

3Freeze for about 6 hours or overnight.

4Once ready to eat, remove the molds from the freezer and run under boiling hot water. The fudgesicles should slowly start to come out of the mold.

5If they're still stuck, keep running it under hot water until they are easily removed. Enjoy!
