Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Energy Bites Recipe

Ingredients
½ cup dates
3 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp raw cashews not roasted or salted
2 tbsp dry rolled oats
1 tbsp vegan dark or semisweet chocolate chips (whichever is preferred) to make this recipe raw, use cocoa nibs instead of chocoate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract
Salt a pinch to taste
Instructions
1Blend together all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until a dough is formed and there are no dates/nuts chunks remaining.
2Remove the mixture from the blender. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
3Shape the dough into 6 equal balls.
4Eat them right away, or store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for later.
