1 cup vanilla almond milk

¼ cup old-fashioned oats

¼ cup raisins

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder


1Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth.
