Vegan Coconut Pancakes Recipe
1 tbsp of chia seeds
3 tbsp of hot water
2 tbsp of plant milk
4 tbsp of water
3 tbsp of dry coconut
2 tbsp of oats flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Fruit of choice
1Combine 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 3 tbsps of hot water and let sit for a few minutes
2Add 2 tbsps of plant milk and 4 tbsp of water, followed by 3 tbsp of dry coconut flakes, 2 tbsp of oat flour and 1/2 tsp of baking powder, and stir
3Then add in your fruit of choice - strawberries are nice! Mix together
4Add to the fry pan on medium heat and fry until ready
5Serve and add the topping of chocolate and seeds, yum!
