Green Smoothie - 2 Ways Recipe

Ingredients
Apple Spinach Green Smoothie
1 sweet apple cored and quartered
1 cup (8oz.) of plain coconut water
2 cups (60 grams) of fresh spinach (about 1 large handful)
1 tablespoon of flax meal
1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
Pineapple Ginger Spinach Green Smoothie
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1” piece of ginger root, cut up for easier blending
8oz. (1 cup) of plain coconut water
2 cups (60 grams) of fresh spinach (about 1 large handful)
1 tablespoon of flax meal
1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
Instructions
1Add all of your ingredients to a high-powered blender (or a blender cup) and blend until incorporated, about 1 minute. These recipes also taste delicious with ½ cup of sliced zucchini, if you’re looking to add in some extra veges.
2I blend in both the NutriBullet and the Vitamix but find that the NutriBullet does a more thorough job of incorporating the greens and the fruit, leaving a smoother mixture which also pours more easily from the blender cup, leaving less waste.
3Pour into a large glass or enjoy right out of the container!
