Ingredients

¾ cup soft, pitted Medjool dates

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp matcha powder

2 tbsp dried goji berries

2 tbsp raw cashews

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1Blend together all ingredients in a blender until a sticky dough forms.

2Shape the dough into five medium balls or six small balls.
