Orange Creamsicle Bites Recipe

¾ cup raw cashews
⅓ cup soft, pitted dates
2 small clementines/tangerines, zested
1 small clementine/tangerine, juiced Squeeze the juice out of one, like you would with a lemon
½ cup almond flour Substitutions: Raw almonds, cashews, dry oats, walnuts, pecans, coconut flour, or another nut
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1Blend together all ingredients until a dough forms.
2Shape this dough into 6 balls. Roll them with your hands, and the longer you roll, the smoother it'll become until each one forms a shiny ball.
3Store in the fridge or at room temperature. Enjoy as a snack!
