Vegan Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Gluten-Free) Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 15 mins
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup light brown sugar
scant 2 tbsp xylitol
¼ cup vegan butter softened
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 pinches pink salt
2 tsp oat milk as needed
¼ cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips
1In a medium bowl, mix together the oat flour, brown sugar, xylitol and salt.
2In a separate medium bowl, mix together the vegan butter and vanilla.
3Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring to combine. Add in up to 2 tsp oat milk, if needed for texture.
4Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
