Coconut Bites Recipe (German Chocolate) Recipe

For the Bites
½ cup raw pecans
¾ cup Medjool dates pitted
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp shredded coconut
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch pink salt
For the Topping
7 pecans for topping
extra desiccated coconut for rolling the bites in
1Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, except the extra coconut and pecans.
2Shape into 7 balls. They should stick together very well.
3Roll each ball in the extra coconut, then top with one pecan each.
