1 medium ripe avocado peeled and pitted

2 tbsp cacao powder

½ cup Medjool soft dates pitted // about 8-10 dates

1 tbsp oat milk

2 tbsp vegan semisweet chocolate chips melted

¼ tsp vanilla extract

pinch pink salt


1Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender until it looks well-mixed and like chocolate pudding.

2Refrigerate it for an hour or two if you prefer cold pudding, or you can eat it right away. Top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream if desired, before serving.
