Orecchiette with broccoli Recipe

1 head broccoli

2 garlic cloves

Chilli pepper (optional)

A pinch of mustard powder

Salt to taste

Oil for cooking

120g GF pasta


1Chop the broccoli (florets and hard bits) in same size small pieces; do the same with the garlic

2Put a splash of oil in a skillet and add the broccoli, the mustard powder, the salt, the garlic and the chilli if using

3Add 1 glass of water, cover with a lid and put on high heat for 15 min, until it gets soft and there are not hard bits

4In the meantime cook the pasta following packet instructions

5When ready, add the pasta to the broccoli and mix well so everything is well coated
