Baked Noodles Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 15 minutes

👩‍🍳Cook Time: 10 minutes


500ml Water

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

6-7 tbsp Dark Soy sauce

6 Cloves Garlic

Grated Ginger

Chili Flakes

Sechuan Pepper

500g Tofu or Seitan

150-200g Rice Noodles


1For the marinade; combine water, brown sugar and soy sauce

2Now add in the garlic, ginger, chilli flakes and sechuan pepper

3Add the tofu or seitan and some rice noodles to an ovenproof dish and cover with the marinade

4Bake at 180° for about 10 minutes
