Sourdough Parmesan Croutons Recipe

1 clove garlic

½ cup cashews

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 sourdough baguette, cubed


1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2Combine the garlic, cashews, nutritional yeast, and salt in a food processor until it forms a crumbly consistency.

3Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and ¼ cups of the Parmesan “cheese”.

4Bake for 10 minutes.

5Spoiler Alert: Store in an air-tight container on the counter for 3-5 days.
