Slow Cooker Apples and Oats Recipe
🔪Prep Time: 15 minutes
👩🍳Cook Time: 3 hours
1½ cups peeled and sliced apples (I like them kind of thick)
1 cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup dairy-free butter, melted
½ cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons hempseed, toasted in shell
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup pecans, chopped
1Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir.
2Turn to high (it must cook on high). Cook 2 to 3 hours, depending on your preference of doneness.
3Serve hot, warm, or cool.
