How To Make Banana Nice Cream & Fruit Sorbets Recipe

Ingredients

Base Layer

3 medium frozen bananas

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

Splash of oat milk, as needed

Middle Layer

2 cups frozen tropical fruit

⅛ tsp ground turmeric

Splash of oat milk, as needed

Top Layer

1½ cups frozen blueberries

splash of oat milk, as needed

Topping

1 tbsp shredded coconut optional

Instructions

1Blend the frozen bananas with the cinnamon and vanilla extract in a food processor until it is the consistency of ice cream.

2Pour into two separate cups. Put these cups in the freezer while you make the other layers.

3Blend the tropical fruit with the turmeric until there are no fruit chunks remaining and it is the consistency of sorbet. Remove the banana ice cream cups from the freezer and layer the sorbet evenly on top.

4Blend the frozen blueberries until it becomes a sorbet and layer it onto the tropical fruit layer.

5Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.

6Eat right away!
