Seitan Sloppy Joes Recipe

2 cups seitan, crumbled (Slow Cooker Log for Thin Slices and Crumbles)

8 ounces tomato sauce

⅓ cup organic ketchup

1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

6 toasted whole wheat buns


1Add all of the ingredients except the buns to a large skillet. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down to medium. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve on the toasted buns.
