Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 20 minutes
👩🍳Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
50g Cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 banana (ripe)
10 dates (pre-soaked)
250ml plant milk
1tbsp coconut oil
1Preheat your oven to 180°.
2Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3Process the banana, dates and plant milk until combined.
4Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil.
5Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients, mix until combined. Now add the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
6If you want you can add in some frozen berries or chocolate now.
7Fill the batter into a prepared baking tin, top with some extra chocolate or berries and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy.
