Chocolate Peanutbutter Cookies Recipe

1tbsp crushed flaxseeds
1tsp baking powder
50g cocoa powder
2tbsp peanut butter
100g vegan butter
10 purééd dates
1Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2Now whip 100 butter and 2tbsp peanut butter until fluffy (2-3min.). Add 10 purééd dates and whisk. Finally add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
3Now form the cookies and place half a teaspoon peanut butter in the core of every cookie, close, roll and place on a baking tray. Add some extra chocolate chunks on top if you like and bake the cookies at 180°C for about 18min! Enjoy!
