Rosemary Schiacciatine Recipe

Ingredients
500g GF bread flour
2g dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
240g water
100g extra virgin olive oil
12g sea salt
2 teaspoonful dried rosemary
Garnish
Sea salt flakes
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1Put the yeast,the water, the sugar, the GF flour, the oil, the rosemary and the salt in a bowl. Knead for 2 min until it comes together. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
2Move the dough to a floured surface, roll it out into a 1/2 cm layer. cut it in 7x11 rectangles. Take a straight wooden spoon, and press the handle into the rectangles, leaving 1.5 space between each well. Move to a baking tray lined with paper, drizzle olive oil and salt and bake for 14 min in preheated fan oven at 200*.
3Let it cool completely and enjoy with your favorite soup!
