Smoked Lentils Recipe

150gr of your favourite lentils (in my case, green)
3 garlic cloves
1 medium carrot
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
oil for cooking
1Chop finely the onion, the garlic and the carrot.
2n a casserole, pour some oil and add the rosemary and wait until it starts frying (3/4 min)
3Add the carrot/onion/garlic and stir fry for 7/8 min until they’re soft and golden
4Add the lentils and mix well, stir frying for 2/3 minutes
5Add water enough to cover the lentils completely
6 Add the sea salt, the smoked paprika and the bay leaves, cover with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 40.50 min.
