Ingredients

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

Pinch salt

1 cup oat milk add more as needed

3 tbsp dry rolled oats

½ tbsp chia seeds

Sweetener, as desired

Instructions

1Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Drink right away! If letting it sit for hours before drinking, add more milk into it and shake or blend quickly again before drinking (it thickens up after sitting).
