Ultimate Salad Dressing Recipe

1tsp yoghurt (or mayonnaise if you like it rich)
2tbsp lemon juice
1tsp black pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp agave syrup
fresh or dried herbs like thyme, rosemary, basil or parsley
1Put everything in a jar and shake until combined into a nice dressing.
2Pour over your salad (lettuce, kale, cucumber, paprika, tomato, radish) and toss.
3Now add any toppings you like on to your salad for example grilled oyster mushrooms, tofu, dried tomatoes, cress and enjoy with bread or as a side dish.
