Lemony Potato Wedges Recipe

800g baby potatoes

1 lemon (juice&zest)

2 garlic cloves

1/2 glass extra virgin olive oil


salt & peppercorn


1 chop in 4 all the potatoes and put them in cold water while preparing the sauce

2in a blender cup, put the garlic, the squeezed lemon juice (but don't throw it away), the oil, salt and peppercorn and blend on high for 15 sec

3place the potato wedges in a zippable plastic bag and pour all the sauce, adding some oregano , the lemons, close it and mix well to coat the potatoes, then put in the fridge for at least 1 hour

4after the resting time, pour the wedges with all the sauce on a baking tray, add some more oregano, throw away the lemons and bake at 220* for 30/35 min
