Lemon Ginger & Turmeric Water Recipe

Ingredients

pinch ground black pepper

pinch ground turmeric

1½ cups water

½ medium lemon sliced into semicircles

4 thinly grated slices ginger

Instructions

1Mix together all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2Allow the water to boil. Then turn off the heat and cover the pot.

3Let it sit for 15 minutes, until the flavors have infused into the water.

4Enjoy it hot, or refrigerate it in a pitcher once it has cooled to room temperature, to drink it cold!
