Pink Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe

1 Pink Dragonfruit (Pitaya)
1 Frozen Banana
Tropical Fruit (Kiwi, Pineapple, strawberries)
Bee Pollen Bob’s Red Mill Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1Add 1 Pink Dragonfruit and 1 frozen banana to a Vitamix Blender. Purée until thick, smooth, and creamy.
2Transfer to bowl. I like to put mine in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before topping.
3Top with tropical fruit like kiwi, white dragonfruit, and pineapple.
4Sprinkle with organic bee pollen and Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened flaked coconut.
