150g of flour

130g of plant yogurt

1 tbsp of olive oil

A pinch of salt


1Add 150g of flour, 150g of plant yogurt, 1 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine until its a thick consistency.

2Lay out some flour and knead the dough until its all well combined and push flat

3Transfer to a frying pan and cook gently until its a golden brown

4Move to a serving dish and sprinkle with olive oil!

5Tip: add crushed garlic to the frying pan, delicious!
