Creamy Macaroni Salad Recipe

For the salad
1 ½ cup macaroni
1 bell pepper cut into small cubes
2 grated carrots
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
For the sauce
½ cup Greek plain yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 lemon for juice
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
1Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
2In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bell pepper, carrots, green onions and parsley
3In another bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, maple syrup, mustard and vinegar.
4Add the vinaigrette to the pasta.
5Cover and place in the refrigerator
