Apples, Onion & Sultana Recipe

3/4 small apples
1/2 orange& 1/2 lemon
1Put the sultana in a a glass, and pour some hot water on top of it. Leave for 10 min, then rinse well
2Cut up apples into small cubes, move to a bowl and squeeze the lemon and the orange juice, mix well to coat all the pieces
3Peel and slice finely the onion, add to the apple and mix
4Add the sultana to the apples/onions, mix well and move to a baking tray
5Bake at 180* in fan oven for 15 min until all the pieces are soft and slightly brown
