Torcetti Al Sesamo Recipe

300g GF flour

100g white wine

80g extra virgin olive oil

1 big pinch of sea salt


1In a big bowl, mix 300g GF flour, 100g white wine, 80g extra virgin olive oil and 1 big pinch of sea salt. Mix briefly with your hands to get a smooth & velvety dough.

2Pour sesame seeds on the working table, then cut small pieces of dough and roll them briefly on the sesame seeds, they should look like fat and short breadsticks.

3After that, twist them lightly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4Bake in preheated fan oven at 200* for 15/20 min
