Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Recipe Recipe

Ingredients

¾ cup oat milk

6 tbsp freshly brewed coffee dark roast works best

1½ tbsp cacao powder

6 tbsp fresh mint leaves

Pinch vanilla extract

sweetener, as per your taste I used Stevia drops

vegan whipped cream

cacao powder, mint leaves, chocolate shavings optional toppings

Instructions

1Boil all ingredients in a stovetop pan over medium high heat, constantly whisking.

2When the milk begins boiling, turn off the stove and remove the pot from the heat.

3Pour it into a cup and froth the top of the drink with a milk frother.

4Top with vegan whipped cream. Garnish with optional toppings.

5Serve hot!
