Pineapple Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
¾ cup hoisin sauce
¾ cup shoyu, tamari or soy sauce
¾ cup vegetable broth
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ Tbsp grated ginger
1 ½ Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
11. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
22. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the marinade and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until thickened (about 25 minutes).
3Soy Allergy? Use coconut aminos instead of shoyu, tamari or soy sauce.
4Spoiler Alert: Pineapple Glaze will stay fresh in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for a week.
