Bonus Recipe: Quick & Easy Marinara Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 28-oz cans of crushed tomatoes
½ cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and garlic. Saute 3 minutes until golden brown.
2Stir in the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and herbs.
3Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
4Ditch the oil: Replace the olive oil with vegetable broth or water.
