Seitan "Pork" Satay Recipe

👩‍🍳Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

14g Ginger

3 Cloves of Garlic

Chili (chopped)

Some Lime Juice

Seitan

Chili Flakes

1tbsp Agave Syrup

3tbsp Soy Sauce

1tbsp Beetroot Juice

1/4tsbp Starch

3-5tbsp Water

Instructions

1Skewer some seitan, fry it and prepare this delicious sauce, to toss them in:

2In a pan fry: 14g Ginger , 3 cloves of garlic, Chili (chopped) and some Lime juice.

3In a jar combine: Chilli flakes, 1tbsp Agave Sirup, 3tbsp Soysauce, 1tbsp beetroot juice(optional), 1/4tsp starch and 3-5tbsp water.

4Shake it up until combined and add to the pan. Toss the 'pork' satay in the sauce and sprinkle with some fresh chilli and chopped spring onion. Enjoy!
