Vegan Marble Cake Recipe

🔪Prep Time: 10 minutes
👩🍳Cook Time: 50-60 minutes
2tbsp Baking Powder
300ml Plant Milk
10g Lemon Juice
Some Vanilla Extract
1Pre heat you oven to 180°C, combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
2Add in 300ml plant milk, 60g oil (neutral), 10g lemon juice or 1tbsp apple cider vinegar and some vanilla extract.
3Mix until combined, fill half of the dough into a lined baking form and mix the other half with 20g cocoa powder and a splash of plant milk, then add to the baking form as well.
4Now take a fork or a toothpick and swirl the two doughs into each other.
5Bake your cake for 50-60 minutes or a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6Let cool and cover with melted chocolate if you wish to do so (I strongly recommend ;) )
7Now you’re all ready to ENJOY!
