Vegan Apple Crumble Recipe
1 tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
70g of flour
30g of oats
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
60g of plant butter
1Add 1 tsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 chopped apple to a frying pan, stir and gently fry
2Add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and cook gently until the apple has softened
3Separately combine 70g of flour, 30g of oats, 1tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 60g of plant butter; and mash together with your hand
4Add the cooked apple mixture to a bowl, then cover with the above mixture
5Bake at 350 F (or 180 C) for 20 min
6Remove from oven and enjoy!

Veganism and healthy eating are a huge part of my life, given that both have helped me overcome an unhealthy relationship with food. Finding balance took a lot of time and patience.
