Blended Iced Caramel Latte Recipe Recipe

For the Caramel Sauce

3 tbsp coconut sugar

¼ cup canned coconut milk

pinch pink salt

For the Drink

2 tsp instant coffee

1 medium frozen banana peeled and chopped into chunks

1 cup non-dairy milk

6-7 large ice cubes

vegan whipped cream optional, topping


1To make the caramel, heat together the caramel ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

2Keep stirring until it begins to boil, then set the heat to low and stir for around 15 minutes until it begins to thicken.

3Once the caramel is ready, let it cool for a half hour before using.

4Blend together all frappuccinos ingredients with the caramel sauce but leave about one spoon of it aside. Keep blending the rest of the ingredients until it makes a smoothie.

5Pour coffee mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and the extra caramel drizzle on top. Enjoy cold!
