Starbucks Copycat Coffee Frappuccino Recipe

Ingredients
⅔ cup frozen oat milk ice cubes
⅓ cup frozen cold brew ice cubes
1 tbsp cold brew chilled
5 tbsp oat milk chilled
⅕ (~60g) 300g pack silken tofu
2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup start with 2 tbsp, add more as desired
¼ tsp vanilla extract
vegan whipped cream optional topping
Instructions
1Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the optional whipped cream topping.
2Blend until a frappuccino-like consistency forms. You may have to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times, depending on how strong the blade is.
3Pour the drink into a tall glass.
4Top with optional vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
