Vegan “Lobster” Rolls Recipe

2 14-oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

¼ cup vegan mayo

2 celery stalks, diced

½ red onion, diced

2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning

2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

juice of 1 lemon

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

4 French or gluten-free rolls

vegan butter, optional

¼ cup Hot Sauce Dressing


1in a large mixing bowl, combine the hearts of palm, vegan mayo, celery, red onion, Cajun seasoning, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2Slice open the rolls and toast. Spread each open and spread with vegan butter (if using). Stuff with the hearts of palm mixture and drizzle with the Hot Sauce Dressing.
