Pepita Parmesan Recipe

2½ cups pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

½ cup nutritional yeast

1½ teaspoons lemon juice


1Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until broken down into a coarse powder.

2Transfer to an airtight container. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
