Carrots Beards Pasta Recipe

80g (or more) carrots greens
1 red chilli (optional)
3 garlic cloves
150g GF pasta
3/4 cherry tomatoes
salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil for cooking
a splash of white wine
1 Wash and chop the carrot greens. Set aside.
2 Clean and chop the garlic and put in a skillet with a splash of olive oil for 3/4 min until it starts frying.
3Add the carrots greens and let cook for 3/4 min.
4Add a splash of white wine and let it evaporate for 4/5 min.
5Add some salt and the basil, and switch off the heat while you prepare the pasta
6 Prepare the pasta following packet instructions
7 Once ready, move the pasta to the carrots beards skillet and mix well
