Crispy Chipotle Cauliflower Tacos Recipe

4 cups cauliflower florets 1 head

2 TBSP hot sauce

1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp chipotle powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp sea salt

3 TBSP corn starch or tapioca starch

1/2 cup all purpose flour or GF all purpose miz

1/2 lime, juiced

1/3-1/2 cup beer

1/2 cup plain panko bread crumbs

Black Bean layer

1 can black beans

2 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp salt


warm tortillas

1 avocado


1Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2Mix all the chipotle batter ingredients together and toss in the cauliflower florets.

3Pour onto a foil lined baking sheet and bake in your oven for 20 minutes or till fork tender and crispy!

4Place ingredients for the beans in a pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thick.

5Half mash with a potato masher.

6Place a large spoonful of beans on a warm tortilla.

7Add a few cauliflower florets and top with fresh avocado and some lime
