Self-Rising Flour Gluten Free

Baking Powder


Lemon Zest

Lemon Juice

Sunflower oil


Powdered Sugar

Almond Milk


1Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and lemon zest. Squeeze in the container the lemon juice.

2Add sunflower oil and water

3Mix well, until a smooth batter remains

4Put in a baking pan and bake for 200C/400F in 40 to 45 minutes

5Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes

6Mix powdered sugar and almond milk. Then spread at the top of the loaf.
