Gluten-Free Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

1 large egg

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp Stevia

1/4 cup almond flour

2 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp cream cheese

1/4 cup chocolate chips


1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/350 F.

2In a mixing bowl, whisk together an egg, milk of your choice and sweetener. Next, add almond flour, cacao powder and baking powder, and mix together once more.

3Add chocolate chips and fold them into the batter.

4Pour around 3/4 of the batter into the ramekin. Add the cream cheese in the centre, then pour the rest of the batter on top.

5Bake for 25 minutes and serve immediately.
