Chocolate Avocado Mousse (Vegan) Recipe

2 large avocados
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup yogurt, of your choice
2 tbsp peanut butter
1Prepare the avocados and transferring them to a blender or food processor. Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, cacao powder, yogurt, and peanut butter. Blend until very smooth.
2Transfer to serving jars or glasses of your choice. You can eat and enjoy straight away, but I would recommend leaving to chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
