Bok choy with Lemon, Garlic & Ginger Recipe

6-7 baby bok choy (halved)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 medium ginger knob (minced)

1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 lemon, squeezed

1 tbsp oil for cooking


1Place Bok Choy in a skillet with the oil and cover. Cook for 3-4 min, then uncover, squeeze the lemon on top of them and cook for other 2-3 min. Move from the skillet and set aside.

2Put the garlic and the ginger in the skillet and stir for 2-3 min, until they’re fragrant.

3Move the Bok Choy back into the skillet and toss to coat them all with the sauce.
