Beatroot Winter Salad Recipe

3/4 small cooked beets

2/3 small Granny Smith apples

1 large orange

1/2 lemon juice

20g extra virgin olive oil

1 pinch of salt

20g walnuts


1Peel and chop the apples in small pieces and put them in a bowl

2Cut the orange in half, peel and chop in small pieces one half and add to the apple; squeeze the other half in a glass

3Cut the beets in small pieces and add to the bowl

4Add 1/2 lemon juice, the oil and a pinch of salt to the glass where you’ve put the orange juice, and mix well

5Pour the sauce on top of your apples/beets/orange bowl and mix well
