Loaded Guacamole Recipe

2 avocados

juice of 1 lime

½ - 1 jalapeño (seeds and ribs removed), finely diced

2 roma tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup chopped red onion

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

salt, to taste


1Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a small mixing bowl. Mash until smooth.

2Stir in the remaining ingredients and add salt to taste.

3Spoiler Alert: Loaded Guacamole is best eaten when served.
