Chickpea Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

1 15-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

4 roma tomatoes, chopped

2 Tbsp capers

½ cup fresh basil, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 Tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
