Carrot Hemp Slaw Recipe

2 cups shredded carrots
½ cup raisins
1 large red apple, cored and chopped
¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
1In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir well. Serve chilled.
2Ditch the oil: Replace the vegan mayonnaise with vegan Greek yogurt.
3Spoiler Alert: Carrot Hemp Slaw will stay fresh in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for days.
